Our services are billed at an hourly rate between $30 and $50, depending on the complexity of the task. We kindly ask for a 2-hour minimum booking to ensure the highest standard of service.

To begin, we offer a complimentary phone consultation to get to know you and your lifestyle needs. This first conversation helps us ensure we’re the right fit and allows us to recommend the best way to support you.
Payments can be made in cash or by credit card, whichever is more convenient for you.

Service Area & Time Tracking
For all tasks within a 40 km radius of Potrero/Flamingo, time is counted from the moment your concierge arrives at the first task location until final delivery at your home.

For tasks beyond the 40 km radius, we offer customized service packages designed to maximize your time, investment, and results, while keeping things simple and transparent.
