Early in my career I learned the immense value of clear communication and meticulous attention to detail. These foundational experiences taught me how to break down complex information and build strong, trusting relationships – skills I now apply to simplify the day-to-day and big-picture challenges of expat life.

My time at the British Embassy was truly formative. There, I was entrusted with providing comprehensive assistance to diplomats and their families already living in or embarking on new assignments in Costa Rica. Imagine coordinating every logistical and administrative detail, from managing their daily needs and property matters to advising on local laws and medical facilities. It was my responsibility to transform potentially overwhelming life management into incredibly smooth, stress-free experiences, allowing them to focus entirely on their important work and personal lives, knowing all their needs were expertly handled. This experience taught me the profound impact of proactive, detailed support in navigating life in a foreign land, well beyond just the initial move.

Later, as a Corporate Housing Manager and through my work as a Concierge for luxury properties, my focus remained firmly on creating impeccable living experiences for residents. I managed extensive property portfolios and oversaw every detail, from ensuring homes were maintained to proactively resolving tenant concerns, always with an eye for quality and compliance. Clients relied on my organizational expertise and unwavering reliability to handle their most important asset – their home – with precision and care. I learned to anticipate needs, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure an effortless, ongoing living experience.

In more recent roles, like my time as a Customer Advocate, I embraced the challenge of guiding clients through complex construction projects.
