Can multiple family members receive the monthly reports?

Absolutely. We send reports to as many family members as you designate. This ensures everyone stays informed and reduces family conflict about care decisions.

What happens in a true emergency—like a fall or heart attack?

We're your parents' first local contact. We coordinate with emergency services, accompany them to the hospital, communicate with doctors, and keep you updated in real-time until you can arrive or make decisions remotely.

How do I know the photos are actually from this month and not recycled?

Photos are timestamped and show current activities, seasonal changes, and your parent holding that month's newspaper or a sign with the date. We build trust through verifiable transparency—always.

Do you provide care in both English and Spanish?

Yes. We're fully bilingual and serve as translators when needed—at doctor appointments, with service providers, and in all communications with you and your parents.

Can we pause the program if we're visiting Costa Rica for an extended period?

Yes. We offer flexible pausing (up to 2 months per year) when family is present and actively overseeing care. You're never locked in if circumstances change.
